00:05the Miami Heat. Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker, dealing with an ankle injury, has been ruled out.
00:11Additionally, Jalen Green, who has a hamstring issue, is listed as questionable. Both players
00:17were injured during Friday's game at the Atlanta Hawks. The incident involving Booker occurred late
00:21in the third quarter as he was lightly slowing down and a whistle blew to his right. He turned
00:26to look and inadvertently collided with Atlanta's Onyeka Okongwu, resulting in a bad twist of his
00:32right ankle. Booker remained down for approximately 30 seconds. He then made his way to the locker
00:37room with a pronounced limp, requiring a few breaks along the way. This is notable as Booker had just
00:44sprained his left ankle 10 days prior in Miami, an injury that caused him to miss only one game,
00:49though he was visibly playing through some limitations afterward. As for Jalen Green,
00:54he entered Friday's game off the bench, playing four minutes in the first quarter.
00:58During that stint, he recorded four points, one rebound, and one assist. He was not seen on the
01:04bench afterward and was later ruled out for what the team described as, precautionary right
01:08hamstring tightness. It's worth noting Green's season context. Following the offseason trade for
01:13Kevin Durant, the Suns acquired Green, Dylan Brooks, and the number 10 pick in the 2025 NBA draft,
01:19which was used to select Common Malawak. This season Green has appeared in only four out of
01:25Phoenix's 45 regular season games. He re-aggravated this hamstring injury in two of those four
01:31appearances. In the two games he was able to finish he averaged 20.5 points per game.
