The Government has officially kicked off Carnival 2026, activating a series of regulations aimed at keeping celebrations safe and orderly nationwide.

00:38a special event from 7 p.m on sunday february 1st to midnight tuesday february 17th official
00:46carnival activities governed by the public holidays and fests and festivals at begin at 4 a.m on

01:53rocksboro authorized persons include liquor and special event license holders food vendors with
02:00ministry of health badges registered carnival band servers on duty municipal and swim call employees
02:07and staff of beverage manufacturers or distributors police officers are empowered to seize glass bottles
02:14from unauthorized persons on the spot those found in violation may face a fine of one thousand dollars
