00:00So even though I think there are some coordinators who look at Hurts and say he may not fit our
00:04scheme or system, I also think Jalen Hurts could be a very intriguing reason why you want to come
00:10here, because there's a couple of things. One, you know Jalen Hurts elevates his game in the
00:14biggest moments, right? You know Jalen Hurts has an ability, he was reluctant to do it this year
00:18for whatever reason, to use his legs, which adds that third dimension to your offense. That's that
00:23plus one in the rushing attack. But then maybe just as important as that, you know, Jalen Hurts
00:30has the work ethic and he's going to put in the work to try to learn your offense and try to improve
00:37whatever weaknesses he has. And all these OCs should have a big ego. Like this should not be a
00:43position where you come in and we've heard, oh, well, it's a tough place to coach and the fans are
00:47going to be hard on the OC. I don't think any offensive coordinator that's worth anything that's
00:52got a big ego and they're probably not where they are without it, is going to say, you know what,
00:56I'm too scared to coach in Philadelphia. Now, I'm too scared of the media because if I struggle,
01:01they're going to be really hard on me. No, I think they're looking at it saying, if I succeed,
01:05I'm going to get a head coaching job. If I can get through to Jalen Hurts and he learns my system
01:11and my scheme, man, look at all the things I could do with him. And by the way, do you think the sooner
01:15the better for this now? Or are you thinking waiting is the best, best way to go still? No, I think at this
01:22point, you got to jump.
