00:03you had a great tandem at wide receiver, which was Debo Samuel and Brandon Ayuk.
00:08Now it looks like you're not going to have either for the 49ers.
00:10But sometimes you just fall out of favor.
00:12The wide receiver wants to get traded.
00:14But what Brandon Ayuk did with the 49ers was really odd.
00:18You know, you get injured, you sign a huge contract, then you get injured.
00:21You have all that guaranteed money.
00:22Most players like, okay, it stinks, I'm injured.
00:24I'm going to rehab as hard as I can to get back on the field.
00:26He totally ghosted the San Francisco 49ers to the point where he wasn't returning any phone calls,
00:32rehabbing, or even letting them know what he was doing.
00:34And months on end went by.
00:36And then he said, well, the 49ers are just going to void all of your guaranteed money
00:40while you're still trying to get back healthy.
00:42And Brandon Ayuk didn't seem to care at all.
00:44It's like, I'm guaranteed, let's just say, I don't know, $75 million.
00:47Hey, all you have to do is rehab and answer our phone calls.
00:49You get that money.
00:50And he didn't do it.
00:51One of the more odd stories around the NFL was what's happening between Ayuk,
00:55who's not going to play for the 49ers again.
00:57And we'll see if he even lands elsewhere.
