01:43According to the Secretary, two immediate measures will be undertaken.
01:47The construction of temporary protective structures and the creation of a cut-off channel, while permanent solution is being finalized.
01:54The dyke is part of the Pampanga River Flood Management Master Plan, making it crucial to resolve the issue to prevent adverse effects on nearby communities.
