Revilla arraignment, pre-trial for malversation deferred
Former senator Ramon Revilla Jr. attends his arraignment and pre-trial for his malversation case at the Sandiganbayan's Third Division on Jan. 23, 2026. With at least seven motions filed by the accused, the division instead ordered that the arraignment of Revilla and his co-accused be moved on Feb. 9. The division ordered the Defense to file their motions on Jan. 26 and the Prosecution, their comment, on Jan. 28.
