At least four dead in Tunisia floods after heaviest rainfall in over 70 years

All four deaths occurred in Moknine in Tunisia's Monastir governorate. A fifth person died in flooding in northwestern Algeria.

00:12occurred in the city of Moknin in the Monastery Governorate. Two people were swept away by flood
00:17waters while a woman drowned in her home. Tunisia's National Institute of Meteorology
00:22recorded exceptional amounts of rainfall for the month of January, with the regions of Monastery,
00:27nabble and greater Tunis the hardest hit.
