Senate turns over former DPWH-Bulacan district engineer to DOJ

The Senate Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA), on Jan. 21, 2026, turns over Henry Alcantara, former district engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) at the Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office, to security officers of the Department of Justice (DOJ). Alcantara has been admitted as a state witness under the DOJ’s Witness Protection, Security and Benefit Program (WPSBP).
