Outgoing Bicol region police director General Andre Dizon urged policemen to serve the people well and to respond quickly when the need arises. Dizon will soon be installed as commandant of the Philippine National Police Academy. He will be replaced by Brigadier General Nestor Babagay Jr., a native of Iriga City, who is set to assume his post on July 16.
