On street and council car park fees are proposed to increase following an annual review. The council says prices will remain competitive compared with other major cities.

00:13A 30-minute stay would increase from ÂŁ2 to ÂŁ2.30, with one hour rising to ÂŁ4.40.
00:21Two-hour bays would cost ÂŁ6.50.
00:24Evening charges will apply later, extending stays after six in the evening.
00:28Council-owned car parks including Mount Pleasant, the M&S Bank Arena and Paddington Village are also set to rise.
00:35The council says prices remain competitive and support financial sustainability for drivers and businesses across the city centre.
