05:01And the fact is, nandito tayo ngayon dito sa hearing because for the last 4 years, pinabayaan niyo nangyayari ito under your watch.

05:31Ayon sa Department of Justice o DOJ, kasama si Bonoan sa mga inreklamo ng plunder na National Bureau of Investigation.
05:39Kabilang din sa nasabing reklamo, sinadating Sen. Bong Revilla, Sen. Jinguo Estrada at dating House Appropriations Committee Chairman Sal Dico.
05:47Si dating Deped Undersecretary Trigiv Olayvar, itinanggirin ang paratang ni Bernardo na kumubura siya ng mga kickback galing sa mga proyekto umano ni dating Sen. Sonny Anggara.
05:57Pati na ang umunoy 2.85 billion pesos na unprogrammed appropriations para raw sa isang Executive Secretary.
06:03Itinanggirin niya ang umunoy ipag-endorso niya kay Carline Jaff Villa na aide ni dating Sen. Nancy Binay.
