At some point, a podcast has to evolve. In this video, I explain how I’m growing my sports podcast into an actual business, not just a podcast for fun with friends. We’re building real systems around monetization — from supplements and affiliate products to sports betting funnels and even mental health–focused content that actually adds value to the audience.
This isn’t about selling out — it’s about sustainability. Treating a sports podcast like a business allows us to reinvest, scale, and create better content long-term. Ads alone aren’t enough anymore, so we’re building multiple income streams while still keeping the community and content authentic.
