00:24and betrayal of public trust. Another reason cited in the petition was Marcos' alleged
00:29use of drugs, a long-running claim by the Duterte camp. The petition also blames Marcos for
00:34the flood control fiasco and overall national budget mess. It says Marcos failed to veto unprogrammed
00:40appropriations in the national budget, long criticized as prone to corruption due to lack
00:44of transparency. The petition was endorsed by Pusong Pinoy Representative Jet Nisay, who
00:49himself is a contractor. This is the first impeachment complaint filed in 2026 and the
