00:18Representative Joel Chua questioned the authenticity of the complainant's signatures.
00:23The opposing lawmakers were outvoted by 35 colleagues who approved the complaint's
00:27sufficiency in form with one abstention. The complaint endorsed by Pusong Quinoy
00:31Representative Jet Nisay also passed the initial test, with 46 lawmakers voting yes,
00:36one objection, and one abstention. If either complaint passes the second test, the committee
00:41will proceed with notifying Marcos about the complaint and will give him time to respond
00:45to the allegations.
