00:31The White House says the plan will save Americans 10 to 15 percent on their insurance premiums
00:36and claims it would force insurance companies into providing easy-to-understand rate and coverage
00:41comparisons, ending what the president called kickbacks to insurance brokers and corporate
00:45middlemen.
00:46The plan would still need to be passed into law by Congress, and it could face some serious
00:50hurdles in the Senate.
