Between 2023 and 2025, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) recorded 3,523 arrests and seized RM6.87bil last year, dismantling major cross-sector syndicates under the Multi-Agency Task Force (MATF), said chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki.
Speaking at the MATF: Way Forward session on Thursday (April 2), Azam highlighted that these figures reflect MACC’s coordinated effort against corruption and financial crimes.
