44:52If we have a little look here, Ellen,
44:54some interesting stats, if you're a West Ham fan,
44:58maybe you can, which I know you've got a kind of fondness for them,
45:01you can have a look at what West Ham fans want from their team.
45:06Because David Moyes, when he was there, of course,
45:09brings them a trophy, 43% possession, 1.4 points a game.
45:14But that style of football was deemed to not be the West Ham way.
45:17And if you have a look at the managers who've delivered
45:19a more possession-based game,
45:21are actually accruing less points per game.
45:25So that would appear not to be as successful.
45:27So it's a case of what do you want, really, isn't it?
45:30Our cake can eat it, really, I think.
45:33And is Nuno the man to deliver a style of football
45:36that is aesthetically pleasing enough
45:37while delivering points and trophies at the same time?
45:40I think, first and foremost, with West Ham,
45:42they have to stop conceding goals and get points.
45:45And I understand the stat.
45:46And what the fans want is beautiful, free-flowing, fluid football.
45:51They want trophies.
45:52And I think, at the moment, they've got to get out of the bottom three.
45:55They've got to be solid in defence.
45:56And I feel like Nuno will bring that.
45:58But then it's more potentially counter-attacking,
46:01more transition, potentially more goal-scoring.
46:04It might be more exciting football for West Ham fans.
46:06But, yeah, I'm really excited by this.
46:09I feel like he's a really exciting manager.
46:12I feel like he's really exciting to watch in front of the camera.
46:15And I like the style of football that he obviously brought to Forrest as well.
46:18It feels the whole culture around managers moving around these days
46:22is very different.
46:23Like, you know, you can leave somewhere quite quickly
46:25and it doesn't necessarily have to be a blot on your copybook.
46:27It doesn't have to be a black mark on your CV.
46:29You look at Mareska at the moment,
46:30who's apparently under pressure at Chelsea,
46:33having two defeats, but two trophies last season as well.
46:38But that's not enough, apparently.
46:40And he might be off, we understand,
46:42if things don't go right for him at the bridge on Tuesday
46:44against his old, well, their old mate, Mourinho, Benfica.
46:49Yeah, I think that's obviously a really interesting narrative
46:51that's always going to come to the forefront
46:54when Jose Mourinho's in town.
46:56But just on that, you know,
46:57it's not necessarily been a blot on your copybook.
46:58I don't think it is anymore.
46:59I think the way that football moves
47:01and it's such a powerful business that, you know,
47:03we talk about Mareska, you know,
47:05a Europa League conference title,
47:08World Club Championship, that's in the rear view now.
47:10They're very much a here and now kind of football team.
47:13And if you do, you know, if it doesn't go your way,
47:15you look at like an Eric Ten Hag,
47:17who obviously really struggled at Manchester United,
47:19but a Bundesliga team like Leverkusen,
47:21they saw that as a great opportunity to bring a good coach.
47:23And so you're always going to get another chance.
47:25Same for players.
47:26If you don't have necessarily a good season,
47:27you're still going to get another, at least one more,
47:29two more opportunities elsewhere.
47:31And then, of course, Manchester United,
47:33it can't get any worse, can it?
47:34It can.
