Synopsis
Yeo Jang-boo (Cha Tae-hyun) possesses an extraordinary gift: "extraordinary visual acuity." He sees the world in slow motion, allowing him to perceive details that the average person misses. However, this gift came at a price—as a child, he was bullied and spent 20 years in isolation, watching world cinema to pass the time.Now, Jang-boo steps out into the real world to work at a CCTV control center.
