Transcript
00:00This Damascus restaurant is rewriting the rules, not with its menu, but with its mission, inclusion.
00:10Reham is one of the staff members showing that ability matters more than disability.
00:24SESET is part of a disability integration program run by the Juzour organization in Damascus.
00:30We have 70 workers here, from the chefs, cooks, everybody.
00:35Out of them, between 30 and 35, almost 50%, we're talking about persons with disabilities in here.
00:43For Juzour, SESET is more than a restaurant.
00:46It generates income that helps fund the NGO's health, social and work programs for people with disabilities across Syria.
00:55But for these young Syrians, it is something else.
00:58SESET is not only a place for food and drinks, it is an approach that puts inclusion into practice.
