00:23The decline is primarily attributed to lower ancillary service or as cost due to an increase in the reserve offer following coordination with the independent market operator of the Philippines.
00:37The effective transmission rate reduction per grid for Luzon decreased by two centavos per kilowatt hour, Visayas also by two centavos per kilowatt hour, and Mindanao by close to three centavos per kilowatt hour.
