00:00Hello, how are you?
00:01I haven't seen you since that night at Born With Teeth.
00:03I know, I know.
00:04That was a fun night.
00:05It was a really fun night, wasn't it?
00:06Honestly, and you were just so incredible in that as well.
00:08Thank you so much.
00:09I feel like we need a revival of it, just do it every now and then.
00:12I can probably still remember the words if you sort of put a gun to my head.
00:15So let's see.
00:16We'll get me and Shooty in the room and we'll just do it.
00:18Yes, please.
00:19No costumes, no set.
00:20We'll just have fun.
00:21You and Shooty together just in general.
00:22Oh, thank you so much.
00:23I mean, anything we can do.
00:24Just make TikToks and we'll watch it.
00:25We had so much fun together, we had so much fun.
00:27It was so, so great.
00:28Listen, Agatha Christie, Queen of Crime.
00:31Yeah.
00:32When this job came in, were you just like, yes?
00:34Yes, I was.
00:35I was desperate for it.
00:36I remember it coming in, I thought the part was really fun.
00:39I thought the story seemed, Chris Chibnall wrote such a brilliant script.
00:43And so my eyes lit up.
00:46And you were saying that you're often always found in a blouse.
00:49Yeah, I am often in a blouse.
00:51In both my normal life and my job.
00:53I can imagine that about you.
00:55How do you pick your parts now then?
00:57Do you say, well, how good is the quality of the blouse?
01:00Sort of, yeah.
01:01It's about the blouse.
01:02I say, is there a blouse?
01:03And who's made the blouse?
01:04And how soft is it?
01:06Absolutely.
01:07And I love murder mysteries.
01:09I love the treaters.
01:10I feel like I'm the find-out-ologist of the friend group.
01:13Are you?
01:14I'm the person.
01:15So you're a detective yourself?
01:16Yeah, yeah.
01:17They come to me if they're like, yeah, he doesn't have social media.
01:19I'm like, let me cook.
01:20Oh, sure, okay.
01:21You're hunting them down.
01:22Let me cook.
01:23Are you like that?
01:24Or what would you bring to a detective agency if you were to join?
01:27I'm good at social media stalking.
01:29Though I do also outsource it.
01:31I've got a few trusted confidants that can really do social media stalking if I need to do it.
01:36Which does happen every now and then.
01:38But I'm pretty good at it myself.
01:39But other than that, detective wise, I don't think I offer a huge amount.
01:44I'm sort of quite easily distracted and a bit of a sort of...
01:49Yapper.
01:50Yeah.
01:51Me too though.
01:52I like chitchat a bit too much.
01:54I wouldn't get anything done.
01:55We would reveal too much.
01:56Because if I was a detective with a sidekick or I was a sidekick to a detective, both great
02:01things to be, I'd just be chatting to them.
02:04I'd be chatting.
02:05Come on.
02:06Let's hang out.
02:07I feel like you're almost born in the wrong era.
02:09Because every time I see you in a period piece, I just think you're meant to be in that time.
02:12Yeah, I know.
02:13I know.
02:14My face seems to sort of make sense in every single time period except the modern day.
02:18No.
02:19But here I am.
02:20In the modern day.
02:21Would you believe it?
02:22I can see.
02:23Listen.
02:24Modern day face works for me.
02:25Well, thank you very much.
02:26That means the world.
02:27And you're making blouses cool again.
02:28Do you know what I mean?
02:29Yeah.
02:30Well, I hope so.
02:31I hope to be sort of a blouse ambassador.
02:32It's so nice to see you again.
02:34Thank you so much.
02:35It's lovely to see you too.
02:36Have a good one.
