Members of the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office conducted a flushing operation after a tanker truck carrying candy syrup spilled along Magsaysay Boulevard on January 13, 2026. The cleanup was carried out to wash away the sticky residue from the roadway, ensuring motorists’ safety and preventing further traffic disruption along the busy thoroughfare.
