00:00There's a complaint filed before the Ombudsman against Secretary Ted Herbosa over his alleged close ties with a pharmaceutical company and the complaint concerns possible backdoor influence that no other bidder can enjoy except for that one pharma.

00:34Ma'am, on another issue, former Justice Antonio Carpio says the Executive Secretary and former DOF Chief Recto's move to transfer trust fund from PhilHealth and PDIC would constitute technical malversation over a unique provision authorized in the 2024 GAA, transferring fund balance from those two GOCCs.
00:55Under the Constitution daw po kasi only the President can transfer savings and that these trust funds should only be used solely for their purpose. So for PhilHealth, dapat for PhilHealth purposes lang daw po.
