The Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) on Monday, Nov. 2, denied protecting Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the alleged crime against humanity of murder in connection with the Duterte administration’s war on drugs, following reports that he may be hiding with a “powerful armed group” in Mindanao.
