00:21The plunder and graft cases were based on complaints filed by the Office of the Ombudsman which alleged illegal budget

00:28insertions and the release of more than P573 million in purported kickbacks connected to DPWH infrastructure projects under the Fiscal

00:38Year 2025 budget.

00:41Estrada and Bonoan are facing two graft charges with the cases assigned to the Sandigan Bayan 2nd and 5th Divisions.

00:49Meanwhile, their plunder cases were handed over to the 5th Division.
