New Pilates studio, Golden Hour Pilates, run by Chi Nguyen is set to open in January in Port Kembla.  The studio uses infrared technology to keep participants warm.  Video by Robert Peet

00:04Golden Hour Pilates in Port Kembla. We're doing Matte Pilates, Infrared Heated

00:09Pilates and I want to welcome you to our space.

00:12So our Matte Heated classes are Infrared Heated

00:16so it heats you up rather than the air around you.

00:19We've got our Open Day happening on 24 January with a few classes also

00:23happening on the Sunday on the 25th. If you want to book in and come check us
