00:05night how did that come together to me that was the way they won the game because we haven't

00:10really seen them win games like that uh I thought the defense played unreal uh I thought they did

00:17they did a great job it was one of those things where you're watching it and we're really watching

00:22it back this morning I didn't know who was going to blitz at times you know Marcus Jones

00:29Woodson the linebackers uh Carlton Davis almost got the strip sack which they said you know was

00:35an incomplete pass and then they did certain things so that drive which I I love to see right

00:41where Drake threw the interception what on the 10-yard line whatever it was

00:45what does the defense go out there and do stuff yeah holds them stuff that's what you need like

00:52some look is that always going to be pretty and to me you think of complimentary football as like

00:57uh we pin them deep get the ball back score off of that well sometimes to me complimentary football

01:03is like all right offense screwed up defense goes out there and gets a stop whatever it may look like

01:09and on that drive it was interesting so they go p coverage on third down right drop a

01:15Herbert's back there not a great throw in against p coverage in the low red area tries to scramble

01:22Marcus Jones comes up makes an unreal play great tackle on Herbert then they go to fourth down

01:28blitz zero and Herbert didn't have an answer and and I think it was Spillane after the game that said

01:36players were coming up saying we had no idea what you guys praising yeah and it looked like that when

01:41you watch some of these blitzes they didn't have answers they didn't adjust to it but I also thought

01:46you know they did a great job of kind of spinning that wheel like I said in the in the game

01:50it was p coverage they ran p coverage and Milton Williams just said to hell with this game wrecker

01:57through the middle destroyed the center ends the game and every two times Milt and uh Barmore dropped

02:03the coverage yeah and and I think they they did different things right on some of these uh blitz

02:09zeros and blitz looks where you show it all up the offense tries to make adjustments and then they

02:16slide to you you drop and the people they don't slide to you come and it makes it hard teams started

02:22doing that I feel like a few years ago and that's a hard thing to adjust to as an offense
