00:02It's like two games in one at halftime thinking this is the real deal, you know, and knowing that Buffalo had comeback ability in their DNA.
00:12And then the second half, it's like a totally different game.
00:15So I actually like go through the same routine after games.
00:19And on this game, I did something I usually don't do.
00:23I actually started at the start of the third quarter in my review because I figured the whole discussion is what happened in the second half.
00:31So I actually did that and then went back to the first half, you know, because you almost forget what happened in the first half based on the way it unfolded.
00:41So do you want to get to your three points out of this game?
00:43I do.
00:44I'm excited.
00:44Let's go.
00:45Let's go.
00:45I think I'm glad you read my mind because the three points are all about or two, the first two are what happened in the second half.
00:53So here's my I call it my autopsy after going through it.
00:57All right.
00:58Like that.
00:58And try to simplify like it's not never like one or two things, but try to simplify it.
01:04Number one, they lost control of the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.
01:11But I'm talking specifically on defense.
01:13And this is what the biggest concern was to me.
01:17Like we all know that the Bills ran the ball through them, but they had their big defense on the field, their base defense.
01:26That's, you know, usually four defensive linemen and four linebackers.
01:31And when you have your big defense on the field, I feel like you should be able to stop the run.
01:37So that to me is number one far and away when you look ahead to Sunday in Baltimore, how are you going to win this game with, you know, Henry and Lamar and stopping the run?
01:49Like, can you prove you can stop the run?
01:51We've talked about it in past weeks.
01:53It's sort of been creeping up on him a little bit, and I think it finally got him on the scoreboard.
01:57So that's my first.
02:00They lost control of the line of scrimmage, and it's hard to win in the league when you do that.
02:04Was there one side, you said especially defense?
02:06Especially defense.
02:07I agree with that.
02:07Because I thought offensively they did okay up front for periods.
02:12Yes.
02:13At times they did not.
02:13Yes.
02:14But there were at least stretches where you're like, they're holding up okay.
02:17Yes.
02:17My only pushback on that, or not pushback, but my only critique on the offense was when the game turned in the third quarter, they had one rushing attempt in the third quarter.
02:30And I think we know Josh McDaniel is a brilliant play caller, and he said, I've never called a perfect game.
02:38I wonder if he looks back at the third quarter when the game is turning and the Bills are imposing their will on you offensively.
