00:12While leading the inauguration of the La Candelaria Comprehensive Care Center for Women
00:16and Humanized Childbirth on Friday, Rodriguez highlighted the international solidarity shown
00:22to the Venezuelan people around the world and the support of several heads of state,
00:26social and political organizations and people in general who have taken to the streets to
00:29demonstrate against Washington's aggression.
00:32In this regard, she unveiled the government of Qatar arranged the first proof of life from
00:36President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Silvia Flores after their abduction and thanked them
00:41for its support efforts to facilitate a channel of communication and dialogue between Caracas
00:46and Washington.
00:48I want to emphasize and thank the Emir of Qatar for his help during the most difficult
00:59hours of the early morning when Venezuela was under attack.
