00:11During a press conference, Foreign Minister Rosa Villavicencio made Colombia's position
00:15clear regarding the situation Venezuela is going through after the illegal operation
00:22carried out by the United States.
00:24Therefore, she urged Washington to respect international law, the principles of democracy
00:29and also the international order contained in the United Nations Charter.
00:34Villavicencio stated that only Venezuelans can decide for their sovereignty and reaffirmed
00:39that she recognizes Delce y Rodríguez as the acting president of Venezuela after the kidnapping
00:45of President Nicolás Maduro and first combatant Celia Flores.
