In this video, we show you this easy ramen upgrade recipe to level up your favorite college snack into something a little more refined. 00:00We're taking your favorite college snack and giving it a major upgrade.
00:02Starting with a little oil, one diced yellow onion, the whites from green onion,
00:06and cook until softened. We're going in with some freshly sliced garlic, some
00:09fresh ginger, and cook that until it's fragrant. The best part about this recipe
00:12is you probably already have these ingredients in your fridge. We're going
00:14in with eight cups of water. Pour in three of your ramen seasoning packets.
00:17Using three cups of rotisserie chicken, bring this to a boil and let it simmer
00:20for about five minutes. Now you can lay in your three bricks of ramen. You can
00:24add more water if needed, but we're gonna let that cook for about four
00:26minutes. Before we serve it up, we're gonna add a little soy sauce.
00:28Top it with a little sriracha, some green onions, and fresh cilantro. And if you
00:33like the extra heat, I like to add fresh jalapenos. I used to eat ramen with my
00:36hands when I was a kid, but now we're a little more refined. I promise it's worth
00:40every extra minute. A plus.
