00:38A few years and it all got very, very hard, she admitted, for what felt like an eternity.

00:45And I didn't have the same survival skills I was used to having to cope.

00:49I had to learn to live life on life's terms.

00:51Calling treatment-resistant major depressive disorder, complex post-traumatic stress disorder,

00:57an obsessive-compulsive disorder brutal to live with, she reminded others facing similar struggles that they aren't alone,

01:04urging them to, hang in there, and sharing a message of love.

01:22The model, who marks her sobriety anniversary on Wednesday, January 7th, shared a similar message last year.

01:31Hi, I'm PK and I'm an alcoholic and a heroin addict.

01:35At the time, Paris said she was clean and sober from all drugs and alcohol, adding that gratitude barely covered how she felt.
