01:25defense, and he apparently communicated and played and practiced in a way that he took

01:32his spot.

01:32And then when he got out there and played, we all saw pretty quickly why he made the jump

01:37and became the starter.

01:38We didn't even know who Wallace was, and all of a sudden, it's like, damn, wait a minute,

01:40what's this kid's first name?

01:41Damn, this kid can play.

01:42Unfortunately, so there's got to be a move.

01:45I mean, this is your start in safety.

01:48He's been playing a lot.

01:50There's got to be another move.

01:52There's got to be an agreement made behind closed doors that, hey, man, we'll get you

03:05I mean, I guess Reed, maybe Reed has been injured and Reed coming back may, may change

03:10some things, but I would say he's been, he's flashed a lot more than Reed did over, over

03:15the span of time that he was in there.

03:17So yeah, I got to believe that on the back end of this first round of the playoffs, I

03:21got to believe that Kayvon Wallace is going to be in a Texans uniform starting versus a

03:26Pittsburgh Steelers.

03:26Reed is, I think Reed's still on the IR as of right now.

03:30So we'll see.

03:33So yeah, we'll see what the latest is on that, but Daryl Taylor is back, but it seems like

03:37it's at the expense right now of Kayvon Wallace, who has been released.

03:41So we'll see what happens to the rest of the way that dropped in the last several minutes.

06:18And I think, I think Trevor Lawrence with an offensive minded head coach, that's cutting

06:24Now I thought the same thing with Doug Peterson would have, would have come true.

06:28So maybe this thing implodes, but I think right now, Trevor Lawrence is just, he's always

06:33been uber gifted.

07:50And unless he gets another head coaching job, it appears he's not going anywhere, right?

07:59He looks like he's got a chance from what we've seen his first two years to be a really

08:04However, they bring and sign Jacoby Myers long-term Parker Washington has been really

08:10good for them.

08:11Like he's got a good group around him.

08:13The running game's been pretty good, but the big thing is he has Liam Cohen.

08:17And right now CJ Stroud has Nick Catelyn.

08:20And, and now he's got, I think the best skilled position player from me, from each group and

08:26Nico Collins, but like he, he, he, the play caller and the person designing things, I think

08:34is really pushing Trevor over the top.

08:37So I'd like, I, like I, I have the belief that Trevor is more likely with what he, particularly

08:45Liam Cohen to continue to be closer to this.

08:49Yeah.

08:49And I think CJ is probably going to be closer to what he has been with Nick Catelyn around

08:54and the way they want to run off.

08:55I'm just going to be completely honest.

08:57I don't, um, I think if, I think if CJ Stroud conforms and, and, and just wholeheartedly

09:05commits and buys into what they want this, the quarterback to look like in this offense,

09:10I think the days of him being mentioned in the top 10 quarterbacks in his league are over.

09:15I don't, unless, unless he conforms buys in and makes runs at AFC championships and does

09:23obviously not Tom Brady, but goes and win super bowls in this, in this system.

09:27And there's this sample size of just, he's so efficient and so right.

09:31And so on time that it's, that's how they're winning super bowls.

09:36I don't think we're going to talk about CJ Stroud being a top 10 quarterback moving forward

09:41in this system.

09:42I just don't.

09:43I think, I think that's, I think those days are over these systems out here that, that

09:47highlight these quarterbacks in terms of how often they throw it, how aggressive they are

09:51downfield, how much of their time and effort from a game plan perspective is put into attacking

09:56vertically and, and surrounding them with these weapons and being cutting edge.

10:00And like those guys are constantly going to be, are constantly going to be statistically

10:07in the top and, and the highlight reels are going to be there and the big boy throws are

10:12going to be there.

10:12And CJ is going to be distributing the ball accurately and taking what's there and minimizing

10:18risk.

10:19I think I think fighting against it.

10:22I think the days of him and now Trevor's in the top 10 right now with how quarterbacks are

10:28playing Trevor's in the top 10 in the league and year one with Liam, which it feels like

10:33it's probably going to get, get better.
