00:00Jaden, I feel like a word that describes your play is efficiency.
00:04You're a very efficient quarterback.
00:05So I want to ask, what makes you so efficient out there?
00:09Honestly, my Lord and Savior, honestly,
00:13just blessed me with the abilities
00:14that I can do what I can do to go out there.
00:17And not even just that, but just guys
00:19like Coach Hewitt, Coach Riley, and the staff.
00:22Just doing such a great job and honestly paving the way for me
00:27in terms of what I can do to develop,
00:29not just being the man I am on the field,
00:31but off the field as well.
00:33And that's what I really appreciate from this staff
00:36is they care a lot about things that happen off the field.
00:41Any final questions for that table?
00:44Brian.
00:46Coach, you got to see Jaden step in at the end of last year,
00:49last four games of the season, and now he's
00:51had a tremendous 2020-25.
00:53What have you seen in that development?
00:55What has led to that next step?
00:56Yeah, I mean, I think for any quarterback
00:58when they've been in a system for a longer period of time,
01:00like he has, and just really feeling comfortable and confident
01:04within it.
01:05And I think one thing Jaden needs to give himself credit
01:07for as well is just his preparation.
01:09It just never ends.
01:11And one thing about Jaden as well is he's never satisfied.
01:14So sometimes we got to tell him to stop being so hard on himself.
01:17But at the same time, it's awesome because he's always
01:20continuing to push the envelope in his development,
01:22always want to do things better.
01:23And I think that what makes you a really good leader
01:25at quarterback is when you have the ability
01:27to, when things are going well, to deflect the credit
01:30to your teammates.
01:31And then when things aren't going quite as well,
01:32to put it on your shoulders and find ways to get it fixed.
01:35But it's just taking giant steps from a leadership standpoint
01:39and just preparation and confidence in the system
01:42and just see him playing free and with a lot of confidence.
