08:24but in the kitchen, I see the benefit.

09:25I love the big window, but I don't want to be looking over someone's backyard.
09:30The unfortunate thing is there's not much we can do with the tub.
09:33So the last house that we saw had a beautiful pool outside,
09:35but quite a bit of the grounds had a lot of maintenance.
09:38I want to show you a little surprise here,
09:40and I think you're really going to love it.

09:45You've got a smaller lap pool.
09:47It's indoors.
09:48You can use it year-round.
09:50You have the concrete floors, which is not being affected by the elements.
09:54So you have not much maintenance at all.
09:56I can see that there's no maintenance,
09:58but I'm not quite sure what we would do with this space.

10:03I thought this would be a win, but let me show you the outdoor space here.

10:28But I'd like to take you down to the waterfront.
10:31Regarding maintenance, there's not much to do here.
10:33You're not having to maintain like you did with the other resort.
10:35If you wanted to put a boat, you've got the option of doing that here.
10:38This space is about 150 feet of waterfront.
10:41The dogs have lots of room to run around.
10:43The waterfront here is beautiful.
10:45It's peaceful.
10:47It's definitely low maintenance.
10:48I would say it's actually no maintenance.

10:55I feel like we'd be spending the majority of our time in the house.

11:23Definitely less than the other one that we saw.
11:25With the savings, we could do something with that backyard that has pretty much nothing.

11:30Walking into the great room, I love the height of the ceiling.
11:34I thought the concrete floors were really unique.
11:36I'm just concerned about having it throughout the entire home.
11:39Walking into that kitchen and seeing that aisle, I was so impressed.
11:43The en suite, what a beautiful, well-done room.
11:46The issue with that soaker tub, though, is that it lacks privacy.
11:49That outdoor deck, I could not get over how big of a space that was,
11:53but that outdoor kitchen would have to be replaced.
11:56I felt that the lakeside of this property was a little underwhelming.
12:00Malia, I think we'd like to see another home, maybe something a little bit smaller.

13:54I love the fact that it's open to everything as well.

14:10It has a beautiful tray ceiling here.
14:12The walk-in closet is similar size to the last one that we saw.
14:16It's a beautiful, beautiful space.

14:19The only thing is, is there's no walkout here.
14:21I feel like the bed should be against this wall and benefiting for those amazing views.
14:26You'll be able to fit a smaller bed, but probably not a king.
14:29I'm hoping I can wow you with the ensuite.

14:35As you walk in, you have granite floors that are heated.
14:38We also have a walk-in shower.
14:40It's got some beautiful porcelain tiles.
14:42So I think this is a great space.
14:44It's not quite as big as the bathroom in the last house.
14:48There's enough space in here that, you know, we could have put a soaker tub.
14:51If you did want to make some changes in here, you can definitely do that.

20:29At the end of the day, no shallow access to the water was a deal-breaker for us.

20:40With the money that we're going to save, we can make that backyard what we want.
20:45And this is so exciting.
20:46And I'm happy you didn't make a rash decision.

20:50We haven't started the renovations quite, so there's still time to spend some money.
20:54They can take that blank slate and make it their own.
20:56And when they have that first party, I want to be on the top of the list.
