01:08reality my wish list is definitely rustic a rustic interior beautiful wood with our 10-year-old son i
01:16would also like something with easy access to the walk i love cooking so on my wish list i would love

01:25finding our lakefront home and bringing this vision from our vision board truly into reality

04:41and just looking at that 100 feet of unobstructed private lakefront that view is the big showstopper
04:50i think it truly does feel like a resort i'm just struggling with accessibility to that dock

05:09breathtaking lakefront home is 8.5 million dollars that's definitely more than we had planned i'd love to
05:18know what you like about the property although i really like rustic walking into this modern home
05:24i was pleasantly surprised those lake views were absolutely phenomenal rizwan when you brought us
05:30into that kitchen i could not get over how huge it was i love how big the oversized breakfast bar is
05:36but i'm not a huge fan of the induction cooking and i also can appreciate the fireplace in the bedroom
05:42but in this case it did block that beautiful view of the lake
05:45i love that soaker tub in the ensuite those amazing views and when i saw that beautiful pool
05:52and the hot tub i felt like i was on a resort i just don't find that it's going to be easy to get
05:57down to that dock rizwan for the first house thank you this is spectacular however we'd like to see
06:03something maybe a little bit smaller a little bit more rustic i'll see what i can do this house was
06:08spectacular but i would like to see something that's a little bit lower in price point
06:17lisa and eric are looking for their forever houses and quartz countertops the primary suite
06:22has vaulted ceilings and a luxurious ensuite at the rear of the home there are multiple entertainment
06:27spaces and facing the home's main entrance is a dock and 250 feet of river water frontage good morning

07:02it oh this is nice it looks very modern but what you also get with this is you get these wide plank
07:09oak floors and these incredible beams and that is also carried through on the fireplace this is exactly
07:16what i had envisioned when i said rustic only thing though is that ceiling is a little bit low
07:22yeah i do sense that this is a lot smaller obviously than the previous house unfortunately
07:26the ceiling height issue here we can't really address but what i'd love to show you is the kitchen
07:32oh this is cute this is sexy cute and sexy i'll take that we have quartz countertops with the marble
07:39painting gas burner stove coffee station a wet bar i do love the range that's exactly what i was looking
07:45for i wonder what this does okay whoa oh my god okay it's supposed to rinse your glass all right eric
07:54please don't touch anything else i won't okay this is nice yes lovely i know it's definitely
08:02smaller than the first property however with these vaulted ceilings it adds a volume of space you have
08:07these oversized black frame windows beautiful lush view it's definitely not the same size as the previous
08:13one at least this has a view i love that natural light coming in but it's kind of a bummer to see
08:19that we have this carpet here i wish they would have carried the hardwood all the way through
08:23there are some misses here but the ensuite is definitely a hit this looks great oh this is
08:30beautiful you have a freestanding bathtub double vanity and this generous shower tell me this ensuite
08:36is a win yeah it's a beautiful ensuite i can picture myself just staring out at that beautiful
08:42view just really taking my time enjoying the space i love that let's go check out your backyard
08:50wow this is huge you have a 500 square foot deck multiple seating areas different zones
08:57and this incredible hot tub behind you i could really see utilizing the barbecue and having our
09:02friends and family on here with us as much as i do love how beautiful it is out here we are missing
09:07the water well guys i'd love to go back inside and recap the whole house lisa and eric you asked for
09:13a home that was both smaller in price and size i feel this home delivers on all of those points it
09:19features five bedrooms three bathrooms four thousand square feet 250 feet of beautiful waterfront the price
09:28of this property is 3.9 million dollars i'm actually really surprised same here less than half the price
09:36the last one when you took us to the riverfront i really love the easy access to the dock
09:42but our vision is that we would be on a lake walking into the living room it delivered on that rustic
09:47feel with those beams and the floors it was beautiful the kitchen was smaller but it also had everything we
09:54need i'll have to make sure i'm really careful using that sink i thought the primary bedroom was
10:00a really nice size i love that vaulted ceiling my only thing is i would have loved to have seen those
10:05beautiful floors carried all the way through i really like the ensuite a lot i love the white
10:10soaker tub with the blacks around i could see myself relaxing in that tub stepping into the backyard i
10:17was just really taken away with how big that deck was as incredible as that backyard space is i'm still
10:22stuck on the fact that it's not on the lake rizwan thank you so much for showing us this house i'm hoping
10:28we can see one more that is a little bit bigger and on the lake we loved this property it had
10:35everything that we asked for except we would love to see something on the lake
10:43lisa and eric are looking for a lakefront home to enjoy with their young son the first home they saw
10:48was a modern marvel with high-tech appliances the second home featured rustic beams and private
10:53river access the lodge on the lake is a 5 300 square foot rustic home with six bedrooms and five
10:59bathrooms the main floor offers unique wooden details and large windows with stunning views of
11:04the lake the chef's kitchen has a large island and a five burner range the custom wooden details continue
11:09into the primary suite with vaulted ceilings and a generous ensuite outside there's a two-slip
11:14boathouse and 332 feet of water frontage good morning eric and lisa how are you today amazing
11:20how are you i'm great as well i know you want to see something a little bit larger well i think this

11:32rizwan this is my vision board this is it is this not the epitome of a lodge they have used the
11:38materials that you would use to build a lodge and they've left them exposed for you to enjoy it you
11:44have these distressed plank floors incredible views over the lake granite stone fireplace and
11:49i love the fact that it's wood burning and when you look right up the ceiling at the highest peak
11:54we're at 26 feet i'm almost speechless standing here i love the fact that we're on a lake now that view
12:02is exactly what we were looking for ready to check out eric's domain let's go all right this is nice
12:10well let me tell you a little bit about this kitchen limestone backsplash granite countertop
12:14and also eric you have a five gas burner cooktop yeah that's the first thing that caught my eye was
12:19that gas stove that's beautiful and this copper hood fan is a work of art you know i'm a fairly tall guy
12:26so for me i don't think you can see what you're cooking yeah that's the problem yeah i want to see the
12:31lake again overall it's a nice kitchen i think it could have been a little bit bigger i think i'm going to
12:37win you back with the primary bedroom oh wow okay this is amazing this is a bedroom wow that is
12:45exactly the reaction i was hoping for we have 20 foot ceiling heights wood stove fireplace a seating
12:51area windows on all sides just this lodge-like feel i instantly can feel my stress getting lower
12:59to me this room is like a masterpiece on that note i'd love to show you the primary ensuite
13:04oh this is beautiful this is lovely you do have a double vanity with a freestanding bathtub and a
13:13great size shower last but not least i'd love for you to feel this chevron pattern hardwood floor
13:19oh yeah okay i got you both it's tiled good pickup i didn't expect that okay i just love this wooden
13:28rustic feel that we felt it matches with the other areas of the house in terms of the shower i wish it
13:33was larger you do have the potential of removing the bidet i love that idea the last property didn't have a
13:40lake this property has a lot of lake how cool is this bridge wow you do have a two-slip boat house
13:47three lifts for your personal watercraft yeah i mean this this is the vision board yeah this is it right
13:53here this property features 332 feet of waterfront so as private as the eight acres are down here you
14:00have this community feel this is lake life yeah like i couldn't i couldn't imagine getting any better than
14:06this lisa and eric i have just shown you this incredible lodge inspired home featuring six
14:12bedrooms five bathrooms 5 300 square feet 332 foot of shoreline and eight acres of land the price of
14:22this incredible lakefront home is 5.8 million dollars i mean the size of this home and the eight acres yeah
14:31i actually think that's a decent price when we first walked into that great room i felt like i was
14:35walking into a lodge i really loved seeing the views of that beautiful water and the height of
14:41that room i really felt the kitchen fit well into the theme of the home but that large copper hood
14:47that was a big problem for me whatever was lacking in the kitchen made up for in the primary
14:52i loved how much space we had the fireplace walking to the bathroom at first i thought that it was wood
14:58flooring i couldn't believe that it was tile that being said the shower compared to the other two homes
15:04it was much smaller walking outside to the lake that view was so stunning that was what we envisioned
15:11that boathouse and the dock and that communal feel it was just beautiful rizwan you've showed us three
15:18incredible properties thank you so much i think we should go back to our vision boards and really see
15:24what we want you both have a very difficult decision ahead of you but when you're ready i'll be here we've

17:18beams the kitchen comes with modern appliances and quartz countertops the primary suite includes vaulted
17:24ceilings and a spacious ensuite outside there's a large deck and a dock with 250 feet of river access the
17:31riverside haven is on the market for 3.9 million dollars i never really envisioned us living on a river
17:37but when we went down to that dock i did appreciate that gentle entry into the river that living room
17:43was a really nice size i also really liked the hardwood flooring it had that perfect rustic charm
17:49walking into that kitchen although it was smaller it did have everything that we were looking for
17:54i really loved that primary bedroom with those large windows but that carpet has gotta go and that
18:00ensuite was stunning that soaker tub with the black surround was absolutely gorgeous
18:06walking out to that backyard was beautiful it was so large as much as i love that backyard i really
18:13wish it was on a lake and lastly what are your thoughts on lodge on the lake this 5 300 square foot

18:56letdown for me that copper vent is just distracting from the views as small as the kitchen was it made
19:03up for it in the primary bedroom i thought that reminded me of a gazebo with the shape of it and the
19:08way the ceiling was we carried on that rustic feel into that ensuite and i love that there was a soaker
19:13tub i love that eight acres of property it was so expansive yet it felt so private although the house is
19:20very private i love that down by the lake we would be amongst neighbors and i love that community feel
19:27lisa and eric what property are you eliminating we're eliminating majestic manor it was a little
19:34bit high in our price range so have you guys made a decision we've chosen lodge on the lake
19:42i'm so incredibly excited tell me why you picked it we went back to our vision boards and we realized
19:48that was our house you have made our dreams a reality our dreams are coming true i can't believe
19:55it i can't wait to spend time with our family and our friends be playing with our son it's a dream come
