Bolivia: Workers’ Central Union continues protests against Decree 5503

The Workers’ Central Union of Bolivia ratified its indefinite mobilization against Supreme Decree 5503 and called for a march this Sunday. Under the slogan “Bolivia is not for sale”, workers rallied along the La Paz–Oruro highway, affirming that demonstrations will continue until the regulation is repealed. The union stressed that the mobilization defends the labor, economic, and social rights of the working class. Protesters announced that on Monday they will arrive at the national government headquarters to hold a public meeting and present their demands.
