Neighbourhood representatives, union leaders and social organisations gathered in El Alto on Tuesday (June 2) and reaffirmed that protesters will remain entrenched at roadblock sites one month into disruptions that have shaken Bolivia.

00:16According to the Bolivian Highway Administration, the mobilization has led to at least 90 roadblocks
00:22across seven of Bolivia's nine departments.
00:24Residents also said rising food prices and shortages were worsening hardship for families.
