00:00While some may call your clients' possessions junk, you treat their collections with respect
00:05because getting rid of stuff you love is hard. Was it important for you to lead with kindness
00:10during this process? Absolutely. You know, one of the things that I was very... I said from the
00:17start, like, I don't want to go into this making people feel ashamed for, A, collecting, because I
00:24think that's great, but mainly for where the collection had went. Allowing the
00:30collection to take over their lives instead of them taking on the collection. I wanted to make
00:34sure that there was no shame because I didn't want them to feel it. I don't want the viewers at
00:38home to feel it. I wanted to celebrate their collections because their collections are
00:41really things that bring them joy. But what I did want to help them figure out is how to make that
00:48collection a harmonious part of their life instead of something that was controlling their life.
