01:22Why do you think Berlin is so attractive nowadays for collectors or artists?
01:30Why?

01:32I think in the States it is quite in fashion to invest money in the art market.
01:41I think it is very different from German collectors of course.
01:44So it is different from the ambitions I think where these collectors come from.
01:50But you know that in Miami for example the situation is totally different from Berlin.

02:00Because here in Berlin you have this lot of artists living here, producing here.
02:05Of course you also have at the same time simultaneously different forms of distribution, self-organized models.

02:18And you have a new generation, a younger generation of collectors.

02:26Back to your gallery, what are the next projects?
02:29Well I decided to continue these home visits.
02:33I have a quite long list already.
02:35And I am quite happy that people really come to offer me their flat or a specific place in the flat.

02:50I have to meet and to have a look inside the flat and then to discuss whom to invite.
