This video highlights a rarely discussed dark side of natural disasters.
"These dogs were alone at the house when Typhoon Tino started wreaking havoc, and the floodwater kept rising," the filmer, Shey, told WooGlobe. "The neighbors were trying their best to free them."
Considering that Typhoon Tino has claimed nearly 150 lives, it’s understandable that stories of abandoned pets have gone unheard.
Thankfully, there are compassionate people like Shey’s neighbors who stop at nothing to rescue animals in the face of calamity. WooGlobe Ref : WGA923898 For licensing and to use this video, please email licensing@wooglobe.com
