DOGS CLING TO EACH OTHER DURING TYPHOON IN PHILIPPINES
WITH VID
BY JAIANSH SHARMA
A heartbreaking scene shows two dogs clinging to each other for safety on a fallen tree as Typhoon Tino battered their area in the Philippines.
Mary Edesa Garciano filmed the emotional moment as strong winds and heavy rain surrounded the stranded dogs.
One barked from a higher branch while the other stayed below, both appearing terrified as the storm raged around them.
In a later update, Mary confirmed that all four dogs seen in the area were rescued and fed. Two belonged to nearby residents, while the pair seen hugging had no owner but were cared for by her team after the storm.
The video has moved viewers worldwide.
One user commented: “Thanks for saving these dogs — they also need help and shelter.”
Another added: “Dogs are afraid too, just like humans. Please don’t leave them behind — they’re part of a family.”
