Watch the heartbreaking aftermath of Typhoon Tino as it tears through a city leaving widespread destruction in its wake.
Reynehl Gocotano, from Minglanilla, Philippines, filmed the clip from a bridge, in Talisay City, Cebu, shows the extent of the devastation.
Houses lining both sides of the canal below completely flattened, with debris scattered across the water and along the banks.
The once busy neighbourhood now lies in ruins, showing the storm’s terrifying power.
The footage has stunned viewers online, gathering over 130,000 views on TikTok.
One commenter said: ‘Praying for flood victims and provisions to be provided swiftly!’
Another said: ‘People from the government offices, hope you're seeing this.’
