05:27When we walked into the great room, I absolutely loved the views and the high ceilings.
05:33When we entered the kitchen, the first thing I noticed was how large and bright the space was.
05:39There are some renovations to do in the kitchen, such as the countertop and the wallpaper, but those are somewhat minor.
05:45I felt the primary bedroom was amazing, just being able to walk right out there into the water.
05:51I was really impressed by the size of the ensuite.
05:54My only concern is that it would be a good job, and that's a lot of work.
05:58The moment we walked outside, it was calm and serene.

08:48I'm only one person, and renovations take a lot of time, especially in the bathroom.

10:03When we entered the main living space, the views of the lake were absolutely phenomenal.

10:16The walkout deck gave the bedroom more square footage.
10:20I really like the size of the en-suite.
10:22Just, I'm not sure I'm ready to take on a bathroom reno of that size.

10:32And a three-car garage is the perfect place to put my golf shoe milliliter.

12:21Your nine-foot island offers counter seating and looks out to the views.
12:25We have your grey and white veined countertops.
12:28We also have a great breakfast area over there.
12:31I absolutely love this kitchen.
12:33My only thing is I find that this island is a little big, and I feel like I'd sort of always be reaching over.
12:39The good thing is we do have a whole walk-in pantry, which would serve as another baking area for you.

12:45I'm just happy that there's nothing for me to fix here.

12:55Upstairs, you have four additional bedrooms.
12:58So when your guests come, they're well separated from you, and you can have your own privacy.

13:07Being able to see the lakefront just laying right in bed in the morning, it's absolutely beautiful.
13:12But the other two houses that we saw had somewhat of a walkout, so I kind of miss that a little bit.
13:17I am going to show you the ensuite, and I promise there's no renovations needed there.

13:28So, Sarah, you'll like that there is two sinks, and looking further down, you'll notice that beautiful soaking tub,

13:40I see that they have a water closet here, but having it glass kind of defeats the purpose.
13:44What you could easily do that would not require your reno skills is just frosting this glass.

13:50I've got to show you another space in this house that I know you're going to love.
13:54This room is incredible.
13:56Got a wood-paneled wall, and you also have a stone wood-burning fireplace.
14:01I can definitely see us coming out here with some friends, and the fireplace is such a beautiful feature.
