00:04Pero alam niyo ba, na pati ang paglilinis ng bahay, offices at kondo, pwede nang gawin negosyo.

00:09Alamin natin kung paano nga ba yung sinimulaan dito sa negosyo tayo.

00:18To start off, tell us more about your business journey.

00:21You started year 2020 off cam. We were talking about it.

00:25Pandemic, bakit biglang naisip niyo, ay, magbubukas ako ng negosyo?

00:30Ten years ago, we started out as an Airbnb business.

00:33We had our corporate jobs. Marion was a stockbroker. I was a digital marketer.

00:37And then the pandemic hit 2020, and we didn't know what to do with our employees.

00:41So we had to pivot to deep cleaning because we had experience.

00:45We would clean the units ourselves.

00:47So you need to get your hands dirty.

00:48So we wanted something more advanced.

00:50And then from there, we're here now and going strong.

00:54Anong services neto? Anong basically ginagawa ng negosyo ito?

00:58So we just make property care very easy.

01:00So anything related to dirt in your condo, your property, your office, we are there.

01:06So are there any struggles along the way doing the business?

01:10Kasi sabi mo nag-shift kayo, so there's a transition.

01:13What are the major adjustments?

01:14Actually, it's more of putting systems to make sure that everything is consistent, everything is quality.

01:21And our goal talaga is to make sure that our clients are always happy and satisfied.

01:26So I think it's a challenge. It's an everyday challenge.

01:28And we have to be agile.

01:30But at the end of the day, our goal is to make them happy and to give them peace of mind.

01:34Another challenge was during the pandemic.

01:36Kasi syempre, takot yung mga tao magpapasok sa bahay nila.

01:40So papaano naging system ninyo during the pandemic?

01:44How did you stay afloat?

01:45Papaano rin yung mga employees?

01:47Actually, we were one of the first frontliners at that time.

01:50We didn't even have vaccination yet.

01:51But we had to assist.

01:53It was a need that was needed, the disinfection and the deep cleaning,

01:56especially when somebody got sick in the home.

01:58So we were there assisting these families who were affected.

02:02So there are so many cleaners out there in the market doing this kind of business.

02:07What sets you apart?

02:09I think we can say that we are just more than just a cleaning company.

02:12We do actually 360 of property management.

02:15So from cleaning, we also have a laundry shop.

02:17We also do pest control, aircon cleaning, handyman services,

02:21which is the pain point of everyone.

02:23So you don't know who to call when there's something broken or damaged.

02:27So we offer that.

02:27So it's like a one-stop shop already.

02:29Definitely.

02:32We want to encourage entrepreneurs who want to also do a cleaning business.

02:39We feel like it's an untapped market until now.

02:42Andami kasing mga homes, and daming offices who are in need of this service.

02:45We are open to training and also supplying our Sirena Hydro Vacuum from Canada.

02:50We also do the training for your cleaners, and we also do the marketing for you.

02:54And we also have chemical detergents that we already tested ourselves, and we can also offer that.

03:01Bakit ba important yung mag-negosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino?

03:05I think it's about creating value in the community.

03:08Your end goal or your purpose, it should be bigger than you, no?

03:11So I think hiring and employing more people, it's how you can help everybody.

03:16Like when we started CondoCare, it was just the two of us with two other assistants.

03:21Now we have about 50 in our company.

03:23So maganda yun because you're able to help the community thrive and grow through your business.

03:31Helping others is the key to success and happiness.
