00:00One of the negotiations started by Lemuel Arizo because of the situation in our country.
00:07And here are the various functional and wellness products that help the agriculture sector.
00:13Let's see what we are doing here.
00:17What we are doing is more on technology development because we believe that technology is what our country needs.
00:30This is a business that we look for the problem number one in energy, environment, agriculture, food and health.
00:40So that's what we are starting to do right now.
00:44So how we start this one actually by profession chemist.
00:48But before that, it's a long journey that I came from the barangay and I saw how hard the life of farmers at fishermen.
00:57So from that point, nagring na yung mind ko that one day what I'm going to do, how to help our agriculture, our farming at saka sa energy.
01:07Well, one of the products I started to formulate, I called it fibroxime.
01:12It's based on the diet because that's one that dictates our longevity.
01:16That formulation, that active ingredients, you can use for coffee, you can use for drinks like beverage and also in the chocolate.
01:25The other one that we got the latest na trademark is yung waste cycle art for the environment.
01:32Nakita nga natin, latest na sinabi, Philippines is one of the major contributor ng plastic yung mga sachet going to the open seas.
01:41And sabi ko nga, by 2035, pag hindi natin mag-take action, I think, mas maraming makahuhuling mga sachet, mga plastic sa dagat kaysa isda.
01:50So we have to make the action. Sabi ko nga, kahit anong ganda pala ng product mo, technology mo, if you are not published or known to the market, who is your buyer?
02:00Diba? Kailangan ng publicity, makilala ng tao, ano ba yung product na yan?
02:06So I think that's one of the major nakulang pa saan.
02:09Another is on the funding also, no? Kasi especially if you are doing innovation and technology, so if you don't have enough funds, it's not easy to take off, no?
02:21I've been to Singapore. Actually, nag-present ako. The group in Singapore, they want to fund my invention, but I will surrender my invention to them.
02:31Ay sabi ko naman doon sa kausap ko, medyo baka may kunting pusong Pilipino pa po ko natitira. So I want the invention to take off in the Philippines.
02:40Hopefully, in a few years, mayroon ding mga businessmen or in the government that can see what we are doing, no?
02:48Being in the owner of a company, you have to think everything. Yung funding for this wealth, tao, anything you have to do.
02:58Hindi ganun kadali po ang maging entrepreneur. But it's good to be an entrepreneur. But hindi po ganun kadali.
03:05My tip siguro is they work based on their passion.
03:09Kung they are passionate on this product, it's good na maraming entrepreneur. Kasi entrepreneur are the builder of nations.
03:18But not easy, no? Not easy talagang. And then, of course, you have to think sino ba yung tamang kasama mo.
03:24That's one ingredient. Kasi pag nagtayo ka ng company at ikaw lang at kulang yung kasama mo dyan, eh mahirap mag-take off.
03:32I think that's what we need, no? To create more entrepreneur so that we can create more job, more opportunity to the Filipino people.
