00:08Pero paano nga ba nagsimula ang lahat?

00:19Ngayon naman ay isang service provider business

00:21ang aming pinuntahan upang alamin ang kanilang sikreto sa successful na negosyo.

00:30After graduation, nag-trabaho ako.

00:36I entered the business world as an employee.

00:42And it took me so long.

00:45It took me so long.

00:46In fact, I was 46 when I managed our own small company.

00:50Hindi ko pa nga sana ima-manage yun kung hindi nagkasakit yung wife ko.

00:57But that's another story.

00:58We started as a small company.

01:03Very, very small.

01:05Ito yung tinatawag nilang the real backyard business.

01:10Kasi ito talaga nag-start kami sa likod ng aming bahay.

01:14It started in June 24, 1992.

01:18For now, we grew.

01:20Ang tawag nga doon, ang growth namin is exponential growth.

01:26So, napakalaking growth ng company.

01:31Now, we are the leading service provider in the Philippines.

01:35We are in total manufacturing.

01:38We are in to warehouse management.

01:41We are also in real estate.

01:45We are in trading of fast consumer goods and industrial goods.

01:54We are also in to manpower, outsource manpower services.

02:00I was young when I already wanted to be a businessman.

02:04And my only purpose at the time was not to earn money.

02:12My purpose at the time was to help my kababayan.

02:17To help my kababayan so that I can give them work.

02:22Kasi ang lugar namin is a farming community, agricultural community.

02:29Nakikita kong hirap ng, napakahirap ng isang farmer.

02:34Pag ang intention mo is good, God will help you eh.

02:38Ang nabago is that nakatulong kami.

02:42Thousands and thousands of people and their families.

02:47Yun ang, that's where we are happy.

02:50At marami pa kaming matutulungan.

02:52Because we are still growing.

02:54Business is a marathon.

02:56Marathon yan eh.

02:58Hindi yung nagtayo ka ng business.

03:00Naitayo mo, happy ka na, tapos na, nagawa mo na yung, nagawa mo na.

03:06That mindset should be erased from every businessman.

03:11Marathon ito.

03:13You always take care of your business.

03:16Business from day one up to how to grow it.

03:21Business is life.

03:22Long life yan.

03:24Kung gusto mong maging negosyante ng matagal, alagaan mo yan.

03:31Nang matagal, alagaan mo, alagaan lang lahat.

03:34Sabi nga ni Zig Ziglar, if people like you, they will listen to you.

03:39But if they trust you, they will do business with you.
