00:30Yeah, massive chances, I think Jakob's a really big chance, to be honest with you,
00:38and like I said, the fine margins of the Premier League, you probably need to be on the right end of that,
00:46and it's a different story, that wasn't the case, but I think the positives come from where this group have been
00:52over the last five, six weeks, in terms of seven games, staring down, no doubt a question that you'd say,
01:01that we've broke a record in terms of eight defeats, the last two performances, we've been pretty solid,
01:06the last two performances for a young group like we have, we showed a real endeavour and a commitment,
01:12and I'm pleased for that really.
01:14I know you've not scored today, but how happy are you attacking intent today,
01:16especially in our past last week, where it was more back to day six?
01:19For sure, yeah, I thought it was a different game today, and I think we knew that.
01:24Last week, no doubt, at times, was not the prettiest, and we needed to do what we needed to do,
01:31to probably end and get a point away from home today.
01:35I thought we showed our quality, really, I thought we had a real quality about us,
01:40and then, like I said, I thought we was a team on full throttle, really,
01:44that was trying to win the game, and we just didn't manage to do that.
01:49How does Josh Cullen look like a bad one?
01:51Yeah, it doesn't look too good at the moment, mate.
01:53Obviously, a player like Josh going down and instantly sickling to the bench,
01:59he doesn't look too good.
02:01We'll get some further tests on it, but at this moment, he doesn't look too good.
02:05Joe Wall, not involved today, what's the work that you've done?
02:07He picked up an injury yesterday in training.
02:12Yeah, picked up a little nickel, and obviously Joe's been out for a little bit of time,
02:18weeks previous to this, and picked up an injury after coming back in.
02:23It was a late call, a pleasing part of his bash has come in, really,
02:27and obviously for not a lot of minutes this season for him,
02:30I thought he was superb today, I thought he'd done really, really well.
02:33But it was a late call.
02:35We seem to be on the wrong side of injuries at the moment,
02:37obviously with Josh yesterday as well, and a few others.
02:40But, yeah, we'll cope.
02:42I was just at the end of the game as well.
02:43You suggested to the fans in the corner, and you went off,
02:46but you lost the appreciation of the efforts today.
02:48How important was that to you personally?
02:50Well, it was really important to me, Matt, I must admit, mate.
02:52It was really important to me, and it's important to this group,
02:56and I appreciate every bit of their support today.
03:00I thought they were incredible today.
03:02I thought we helped that, for sure.
03:05And I thought they'd see a team that were foot to the floor, really.
03:08And like I said, I think I said it last time,
03:11our main aim every week is to win games,
03:14and our main aim is to please these hard-working fans
03:18who pay their hard-earned money to come in and try and entertain them.
03:22And I thought they were superb, really.
03:24And I'm sad in a certain way because, obviously, you've not managed to win the game.
03:31I'm so appreciative of the support they gave us because I think they see a team full of endeavour
03:36that was literally foot to the floor and doing everything they can.
03:39And so we just – yeah, that wasn't the case, but I was pleased with their reaction.
03:46Are you confident that the wins are coming?
03:47It's obviously been two months now, but do you see the signs?
03:50Well, I've seen the signs throughout the year.
03:53I just said it in my other interview there.
03:55I've said it to the group, really.
03:57I'm not someone that believes in luck, or I'm not someone who thinks,
04:03oh, when it turns, I'm always someone who's really self-critical
04:07and someone who normally reverts back to, well, we don't deserve that,
04:13if you understand what I mean.
04:16I just look at this group at this present moment in time,
04:18and I look at the games.
04:19We've been hugely, hugely competitive, hugely competitive,
04:22and it could be so different.
04:23And we lost seven games on a spin.
04:26This could be totally and utterly different.
04:30And I keep thinking, you know, are we one win away?
04:33Are we a couple of positive results away?
04:34And I think the last two results have been positive.
04:38But we need to maintain what we're doing.
04:40We need to maintain that attitude.
04:43And like I said, I've got nothing but admiration for this young group.
04:47It was only two weeks ago they were experiencing things,
04:50and trust me, I was living it every single day with them,
04:52where you're not winning games, you're losing games,
04:55you're thinking, where is the next result coming from?
04:58They've maintained a certain belief.
05:00They've maintained a certain habits and traits that have given them an opportunity here
05:03to go two games where we've got two positive results,
05:08while, of course, we always want more and we deserve more.
05:10There's some real positives over the last couple of weeks.

05:25Yeah, I thought we went about the game really, really well
05:30in terms of our structure and how we went about things.
05:33And the players that were key today, I think we probably, you probably see that.
05:39The key elements of today's game was Marcus Edwards and Jakob
05:44in terms of creating them spaces, being forceful on the sides with the width.
05:50And I thought we was every bit of that today, really.
