Verdict on Burnley's goalless draw against QPR

00:00Just finished here at Turf Mall where Burnley have been frustrated again, held to a frustrating 0-0 draw at home to Lowley QPR.

00:10A side that have only won once this season, the sort of game Burnley really should be winning.

00:14Got to a scoring, well at least one, but they got to a scoring goal against teams like this.

00:19As you'd expect Burnley dominated, their actual build up play and their overall play was better,

00:25probably better than it was against Hull on Wednesday night.

00:29But yeah, it's the same old story in front of a goal.

00:33On this occasion they did create three or four good chances, just lacking that killer touch,

00:37they're lacking that clear sort of out and out number nine to put away these chances.

00:41And yeah, QPR offered nothing apart from an early chance to hit the bar,

00:45but apart from that barely got into Burnley's box.

00:48But they defended stubbornly and they probably feel they deserve their point for their defensive efforts today.

00:55Yeah, I think it was 22 shots in the end from Burnley, but they've got to be doing a lot, lot better.

01:00It's a poor result, performance ironically wasn't the worst this season.

01:04But yeah, you've got to be simply winning these games and turning those dominance into three points.
