A major winter storm called Devin is dumping heavy snow and treacherous ice on parts of the northeast of the United States and is set to bring the most snow to New York City in nearly four years.

New York and New Jersey states are under the state of emergencies with more than 1,600 flights across the country cancelled on Dec 26 due to severe weather.
